Shannon Elizabeth told Variety: "I crossed $1 million in nine days. It was really surprising, and I was honored that my fans came out and supported me. I had no idea what to expect, and the response has been really amazing."

Elizabeth says a growing group of actors have flocked to the platform, and they're starting to use it for, well, whatever suits them. In her words, it isn't just for one thing; it's what you make it—communication with fans, building a non-Hollywood audience, or just carving out a bit of freedom from the relentless job-hunt cycle.
