One of Hollywood’s newest young couples has reportedly called it quits after just three months of public dating — with no word yet on why.
Well, it looks like one of Hollywood's most promising young pairings has quietly called it a day. Tyriq Withers and Chase Infiniti, who made plenty of headlines recently for being the talk of the town at awards shows and various red carpets, have reportedly split up after just a few months of seeing each other.

From Selfies to Splitsville
For anyone not obsessively tracking celebrity romance timelines, these two pretty much came out of nowhere as a couple this spring. The first proper hint was back in February, when Kerry Washington snapped and posted a selfie with both Withers and Infiniti during the NAACP Image Awards. That photo set off the usual fan chatter, and things only spiralled from there.
By May, dating rumours had kicked into full gear, only fuelled further when the pair were snapped together in midtown Manhattan looking, well, exactly like you'd expect two young actors in the flush of a new romance to look. One source—a classic "friend of the couple"—told People that Chase was simply "having fun and dating" and just "enjoying herself like any young woman." To be fair, if she's not allowed, who is?
Spotting the Pair: On and Off the Carpet
The couple then proceeded to pop up everywhere. We're talking major events: Miami F1 Grand Prix, some glitzy Met Gala after-party, and even the premiere of Infiniti's own Hulu series, The Testaments. For a bit of Broadway razzle-dazzle, they took in Proof on stage in New York, only to be papped on their way out looking every inch the celebrity couple.
Of course, there was also the memorable moment at the Oscars when the two had to field questions about their dating status. Infiniti managed to handle it with a chuckle, telling Entertainment Tonight the whole thing felt like a bit of internet madness, and crediting Kerry Washington for "pulling the two of us together" in the first place.
Why the Split?
As for the actual breakup, it's a total mystery. Reports emerged through TMZ that it's officially over, but there's no juicy fallout or scandal (at least not yet), and neither Withers nor Infiniti have said a word about it publicly. Considering how public the relationship had become, the radio silence is a bit of a curveball.
Both actors are still keeping very busy on the job. Infiniti's just wrapped her turn in The Testaments, whilst Withers has been on screens in Him and Reminders of Him. If anything, their packed schedules probably haven't left much breathing room for quiet nights in. Next up, Infiniti is set to star in the coming-of-age drama The Julia Set, which is getting its world premiere at TIFF this September.
