Disney+ swings into April 13–19 with Spider-Man: No Way Home landing April 15—the $1.9B MCU juggernaut featuring a Tom Hardy cameo—plus more fresh movies and series throughout the week.

Here we go again—Disney+ is adding a fresh batch of stuff this week (April 13-19, 2026), but the big headline is they finally landed 'Spider-Man: No Way Home.' We all remember that unhinged multiverse crossover chaos, and yes, the mind-bending number of returning Spider-Men.

Spideys, Strange Spells, and a Surprise Hardy

So, as of April 15, you can stream 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' on Disney+. In case you somehow missed this particular chunk of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Tom Holland is back in full 'my life is a nightmare' mode as Peter Parker, who’s dealing with everyone knowing he’s Spider-Man. He ropes Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange into casting a spell to fix that little PR disaster, but whoops: the magic promptly backfires and cracks the multiverse wide open.

This is where the film starts tossing in familiar faces like it’s a TikTok 'who wore it best' compilation. Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield both show up, reprising their old Spider-Man roles—for real, not just as memes. And if that’s not enough, Tom Hardy sneaks in, Venom style, for a blink-and-you'll-miss-it mid-credits cameo.

Critics loved it, audiences emptied their wallets for it, and the box office haul ended up at a just-shy-of-$2-billion total. That’s Marvel money, folks.

Daredevil, Star Wars, and… American Idol?

Spider-Man isn’t the only draw this week. Episode 5 of 'Daredevil: Born Again' season 2 lands (April 14, if you're keeping score). Last we saw, Dex was on a killing spree and Matt, Kristen, and Karen were getting statements from detainees. So yeah, things are still extremely not chill in Hell’s Kitchen.

Oh, and if you want a different flavor, we’ve got new 'Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord,' more 'Perfect Crown' episodes, and—for reasons no one can explain—another round of 'American Idol' Season 9 streaming live. Because the Force needs balance, or whatever.

            • Worth Watching? Yeah, If You Like Billion-Dollar Blockbusters

If you somehow skipped 'No Way Home' in theaters (or just want to see three decades of Spider-Men on your couch), now’s the time. For everyone else, it’s another round of Marvel, Star Wars, music competitions, and some family-friendly filler—a pretty standard week for the big D+.

'Spider-Man: No Way Home' made nearly $2 billion worldwide and is the top earner of its year—not bad for a movie where Doctor Strange breaks the universe with questionable magic.'
