Film fans have a rare chance to bid on authentic Jurassic World Rebirth props and costumes, including Scarlett Johansson’s screen-worn outfit, all in support of a global hunger relief initiative.

For those with a passion for cinema memorabilia, a unique opportunity has emerged. Scarlett Johansson, alongside her colleagues, is offering several original items from Jurassic World Rebirth to the public, with all proceeds directed towards the World Food Programme. Among the items available is the actual costume worn by Johansson’s character in the film.

Stars Rally for a Worthy Cause

In a recently released video, Johansson addressed viewers, stating,

“Hi everyone, we are the cast of ‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ and we are excited to come together to support the World Food Program, the leading hunger-fighting organization on Earth.”

Her co-star Jonathan Bailey explained that fans would have the chance to bid on

“exclusive costumes and props”

used during filming. Audrian Miranda, who portrayed the youngest Delgado, emphasised the authenticity of the items, noting they are

“not replicas, not ‘We found this in the storage closet’. Real, one-of-a-kind pieces that will never be released to the public.”

Luna Blaise, Bechir Sylvain, and Mahershala Ali also appeared in the announcement, encouraging participation in the auction.

Coveted Collectables and Bidding Details

The outfit worn by Johansson’s character, Zora Bennett, has become a sought-after item for collectors. According to the auction listing,

“This authentic piece of apparel, verified by a trusted authenticator, serves as a remarkable collector’s item for any film enthusiast or admirer of Scarlett Johansson’s illustrious career.”

The starting estimate for the costume was $1,000, with the highest bid reaching $1,850 as of 16 December. Other items up for grabs include a dinosaur fetus prop, currently attracting a top bid of $3,000, and Bechir Sylvain’s wardrobe, with the leading offer at $375. The auction for Johansson’s costume closes at 4:19 PM EST on 18 December, followed by Sylvain’s at 4:21 PM and the prop at 4:23 PM.

Johansson is recognised as the world’s highest-grossing actor, with a net worth of $165 million and the distinction of being the highest-paid actress in 2019.
