Right, so Tom Hiddleston has been at it again, dropping just enough of a hint about Loki's future to get everyone in the Marvel crowd worked up over what might be coming for the God of Mischief. We're on the home stretch to Avengers: Doomsday, out this December, and if you thought Loki was past cheating death, you might want to think again.
The Podcast That Started It All
Hiddleston popped up recently on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, chatting away with Josh Horowitz. This is the sort of Marvel nattering that gets dissected frame by frame, and for good reason: it turned into a nerdy recount of exactly how many times Loki and Professor X (that’s Patrick Stewart’s version) have copped it on screen. Hiddleston gamely walked through Loki’s three death scenes—first at the end of Thor, again in Dark World, and then, most memorably, in Infinity War.
