Tom Hardy and Guy Ritchie’s acclaimed crime drama heads back to Paramount+ for a second run, with fresh threats for the Harrigan clan and familiar faces returning.

After what feels like an age (in telly years at least), MobLand is finally making its way back to Paramount+ next month, continuing all that family crime drama and backstabbing that’s made it one to watch. If you caught the first run, you’ll know it ended in pure chaos for the Harrigan clan—knives, betrayal, the usual Tuesday night for a Guy Ritchie series.

MobLand returns with Season 2 on 18 September 2026, bringing 10 new episodes to Paramount+, dropping each Friday until November.

What’s in Store for Season 2?

We’re picking up just after last season’s bloodbath, which saw Harry Da Souza (that’s Tom Hardy flexing his usual brooding menace) taking out O'Hara Delaney and Richie Stevenson, after catching wind of their double-cross. Didn’t end well for him though—his estranged wife Jan (played by Joanne Froggatt) stuck a blade in him, and Kevin Harrigan seized control of the family empire. Shakespeare never managed all this in a single episode.

This year, the focus lands on family heads Conrad (Pierce Brosnan still looking sharper than any actual gangster) and Maeve Harrigan (Helen Mirren, obviously), fighting to hold their operation together while fresh threats crawl out of the woodwork. Apparently the couple are attempting a united front, but—surprise—the rest of the Harrigans aren’t exactly thrilled, and tensions start grinding them down from the inside.

Of course, Harry’s still stuck in the middle, playing fixer and damage-limiter as the Harrigans face new enemies and try not to implode entirely. The official wording from Paramount+ makes it sound grim: have fun watching 'violence spilling into every corner of their lives, loyalties snapping, safety proving temporary, and the battle for power leaving no room for mercy'. Light-hearted stuff for your Friday night, then.

The Returning Cast

  • Tom Hardy as Harry Da Souza
  • Pierce Brosnan as Conrad Harrigan
  • Helen Mirren as Maeve Harrigan
  • Paddy Considine as Kevin Harrigan
  • Joanne Froggatt as Jan Da Souza
  • Lara Pulver as Isabella 'Bella' Harrigan
  • Anson Boon as Eddie Harrigan

If you’re keeping score, that’s pretty much the core cast back in business—so no wonder expectations are a bit high for where the next round of family carnage goes. New episode every Friday, and ten in all before the finale in November—plenty of twists incoming.
